Top 3 Best Drinking Games For Two People
Nearly everyone I know enjoys playing a drinking games for two, once in a while. It’s a great icebreaker, it gets the conversation flowing, and it gets the party started. Sometimes however there just aren’t enough people to play a proper drinking game. Luckily enough we have plenty of games for when you want to play with a friend and they’re a great way to get to know one another a little better. These games can turn an average evening into one you will remember so without further ado here are some drinking games for couples.
Caps
This game can be played with 2 or 4 people. It could be played with more, but an even number is recommended. The basic rules of caps are that each player sits facing one another at opposite ends of a room. Each player has a cup of beer or beverage of their choice. The players then take turns in throwing bottle caps into each other’s cups. This is harder than it sounds but it one succeeds that the player whose cup has the bottle cap in it has to finish their drink. What a great way to use all those bottle caps.
Memory
As the title of the game suggests it is one that requires the use of your memory and the alphabet. First you choose a topic like picnic foods. Then you need to name things you would bring to the picnic in turns but in alphabetical order. For example person 1 would say ‘to the picnic I would bring an apple’, person 2 would then follow with ‘to the picnic I would bring an apple and banana’. This will continue until someone messes it up or something you list is irrelevant to the subject. Whoever messes up takes a drink.
Quarters
All you need for this game is a couple quarters and some cups for the fun to follow. The aim of the game is for a player to try and bounce a quarter off the table and land it in a cup or shot glass. If the quarter goes in the other player must drink, if the player misses it is then the other players turn to try bouncing the quarter. This is probably the best games suited for 2 people as it requires more skill. You could do this at parties, but I advise you to practice bouncing quarters first!
