I Want To Quit My Job
- Complaining
You communicate with colleagues only to complain for work.
Before, when you were fresh and enthusiastic, certainly you have tried to get to know and socialize with your colleagues. When you enjoy your work, you enjoy socializing with colleagues. Now, you rarely talk, and when it happens you often gossip your boss or director, appeal to labor issues, working conditions and so on.
- Colleagues progress
Colleagues Progress before you.
Take a look at your colleagues who have more progressed than you. Did they get the job after you? If so, then perhaps it is time to change your job because either you don’t give all of yourself or senior managers does’t appreciate you and your work.
- Learn something new?
Can’t remember the last time you learned something new
Without the constant challenge we can’t expect to be enthusiastic , constantly fresh and would be thrilled to work. No matter which on field you work and on what level you are, if you don’t learn new things, then it’s time to continue on another path.
- Feedback
Can’t remember the last time someone praised you do great job!
Hard work and positive feedback from accomplishments go hand in hand. If you don’t receive positive feedback does’t necessarily mean that you don’t do your job properly. Maybe someone else doesn’t knows well enough to motivate his staff, so poor management can kill your desire to work.
- Work meetings
Falling asleep at meetings
Working meetings tend to be annoying and to be realistic, after some time all of them go off. But you start to notice how often you are going out. If you see that this often happens and you don’t find it interesting, instead of starting to think that after what you’ll eat or what movie you’ll watch tonight, start sending cover letters and portfolio to other companies because you no longer have a challenge to work on that job.
- Relationship
Your relationship with the employer is terrible
If the relationship with your employer is so bad, there is no way to return to normal, it is a compelling reason to leave and look for a new job. Many employers don’t know how to admit a mistake and they blame always looking at you, and sometimes just not worth it to endure stress and to be constantly nervous about his character.
- Stress
Too much stress
Often stress is equal to the weight of the work and the attitude of the employer towards you. Often, all dedicated workers their stress carry at home, and it reflects on the relationship with family and friends. If you believe that your job is more valuable than that, continue to work.
