  • Selenium – Se

This mineral is amazing piurifier. He protects the body from heavy metals such as lead and mercury. Selenium is also an antioxidant that protects against aging. This mineral can be found in proteins (meat, grains, eggs).

 

  • Calcium – Ca

The main component of bones and teeth. It also has an important role in the muscle. Can be found in milk and dairy products and mineral water.

 

  • Iron – Fe

This mineral is participating in the creation of blood elements and hemoglobin which carries oxygen throughout the body. Besides that he’s good protector against infections. You can find it in red meat, seafood, fish and eggs.
