What Are The Best Love Songs For Her?
People often say that it’s not difficult to love – it’s difficult to express the love you feel. The words are so simple, yet, so rarely used. I love you. A rather cliché phrase, I’d say. And while it comes naturally to women to talk a lot and share their feelings, men happen to be stingier on words, with a poor expressive vocabulary.
However, we must not be fooled into thinking that they are rigid or insensitive when in a relationship; they may speak rarely, but they can do a lot about the woman they love. Even find a way to speak volumes (rather loudly) about their emotions through another man’s words, i.e. through writing poems or music. Fortunately, nowadays there are so many beautiful lyrics written for men to express themselves. It is actually a bit tricky to find the best love songs for her among the huge variety of tunes of this particular kind.
After spending hours and hours surfing the net and listening to thousands of different love-related lyrics, I’ve created a small list of songs that can help you melt her heart and make her understand your earnest and sincere emotions. Just because I know how difficult it can be to find the right words when you most need them.
Number one, now and forever, is Berlin’s “Take my Breath Away”. Aired in 1986 in the iconic “Top Gun” movie, the song immediately became a hit and inspired a bunch of couple to dedicate love quotes to each other. The same year it won an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song. The lyrics are gentle and strong at the same time, and will definitely take Her breath away.
Two and Sinatra. All of his songs being works of art, and I still have a personal fave: “The Way You Look Tonight”. It’s a great song for special evenings with your loved one. Since there’s no woman on Earth that doesn’t cherish a sincere compliment from her man, tell her how beautiful she looks on the outside. And then let Frank Sinatra sing about her inner beauty.
Number three on my list of best love songs for her is “When a Man Loves a Woman” by Percy Sledge. A huge hit of the year 1966 that immediately became #1 song on the Billboard Hot 100. The later versions of the song also mark great success, especially the one by Michael Bolton in 1991. Since the lyrics speak for themselves, your lady will know how she makes you feel.
Four is for Enrique Iglesias and his “Hero”. You want her to know that she can rely on you at any time? You want her to believe in your good intentions, and yet, you cannot think of the right words? There’s no fuss, since the popularity of this romantic song says it all.
The fifth place on my list belongs to “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow” by Amy Winehouse. Her soulful version of the song (originally recorded by The Shirelles) is great for all men out there that want to evoke the almost forgotten, pleasant memories with their female, significant other. And then, you can just ask her: “Will you still love me tomorrow?”
