I don’t know about you but if I had to choose in what country do I want to be born, it would be Italy. And it’s not about the romantic stories about Romeo and Juliette, not even about the historical places, or because of the art. My choice would be because of the Italian cuisine. But unfortunately I wasn’t born there, but still thanks to the many restaurants I enjoy the Italian cuisine dishes. One of my favorite dishes is Italian lasagna. I like it so much that I even learned how to make lasagna at home. I hope I’m not the only one that loves lasagna despite all the pasta recipes, so I decided to share my recipe for lasagna with you. I chose my favorites and all of them are easy lasagna recipes so I hope you’ll try them and let me know if you liked it too.
The Best Lasagna Recipe
- Lasagna with minced meat
For this meal you’ll need:
1 pack of lasagna; – 500 gr minced meat; -200 gr grated cheese; -1 onion; -1-2 spoons oil; -3 cloves of garlic; -3 spoons tomato sauce; -oregano,parsley; -pepper and salt; 1 spoon Béchamel sauce.
First of all you need to chop the onion and put to fry in a pan with hot oil. Place on the fire pot with salted water. Once the water starts to boil, add the lasagnes to digest. When the onions get golden color in the pan add the minced meat and constantly stir. Once the meat will change its color in the pan add the tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, parsley, pepper and the salt and fry until you get the desired consistency. In the resulting mixture add the Béchamel sauce. After you cook lasagnas, take the roasting pan, brush it with oil and arrange lasagna in layer .Over this, place the mixture with minced meat and grated cheese, then again one layer of lasagna. The procedure is repeated until all the lasagna is gone. The top layer should be lasagna. You can use the rest of the grated cheese over the lasagna. Place pan in oven and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C
- Lasagna bolognese
– 30 ml dry white wine; – 550 grams spinach; – Pinch of salt; – 2 cloves garlic; -1 Onion; -1 bunch parsley; -30 grams ketchup; – 550 grams tomato; -1 tablespoon pepper; -300 grams minced beef; – 1 pack of lasagna
First fry the finely chopped oil onion and garlic, then add the meat.Once the meat is fried, add spices and finely chopped parsley and mix it well, pour ketchup and white wine and cook until the sauce juice is significantly reduced. Arrange the lasagnas in an ovenproof oiled bowl: lasagna, slices tomato then the sauce and all over again. On the top should be sauce. Cover the meal with aluminum foil and bake about 45 minutes in medium heated oven.
- Mushroom lasagna
– Pinch of salt; – 100 grams bacon; – 50 grams mustard; – 50 grams parmesan; – Oregano; – 750 ml milk; – 60 grams butter; – 1 Onion; – 100 grams of cheese; – 350 grams tomato; – 60 grams flour; – 50 ml vegetable soup; – Pepper; -1000 grams of mushrooms
Mushroom sauce: Fry the finely chopped bacon in a pan without oil. Then add the finely chopped mushrooms and onions cut into circles, so digest about 10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes in cubes and add them and the salt, pepper and oregano. Fry it for about 5 minutes. Béchamel sauce: Melt the butter, add the flour and slowly add the milk, stirring constantly. Add a teaspoon of mustard, add the soup, and then parmesan. Brush the baking bowl with butter and put a layer of lasagna and mushroom sauce, Béchamel sauce and then all over again. Finally sprinkle the top with grated cheese.Bake it on 200 degrees and for about 30 minutes.
